This festival is recognized as the longest running and largest Barrel aged beer festival in the country. Bartlett/Bosc Pear Juice Concentrate – 70 Brix The Northern Spy grows particularly well in our climate here in Northern Michigan. Northern Spy Apple Juice Concentrate – 70 BrixĪ Northern Spy apple is a hard and tart apple that lends itself to hard cider. All the apples were hand picked and the concentrate was made with the entire apple, rather than the bi-product of peels and cores like most apple concentrates. Our McIntosh apple concentrate is made with 100% tree ripened McIntosh apples. McIntosh Apple Juice Concentrate – 70 Brix Some say it is the perfect marriage between a sweet and tart cherry. The Balaton tart cherry that our concentrate is made from is slightly sweeter and darker in color than the Montmorency. All our cherries are then custom pressed, making a high quality concentrate like no other! Balaton Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate – 68 Brix We let them hang on the tree until they are at their peak ripeness and highest Brix content.
